About Cashmere

Cashmere is best known for its fine texture. Prized for its soft, yet strong fibers, cashmere provides natural light-weight warmth without bulk. Cashmere is obtained from the Cashmere goat, which produces a double fleece consisting of a fine, soft undercoat mingled with a straighter and much coarser outer coat called guard hair. Our Cashmere is collected when the goats naturally shed their soft, winter undercoat during the spring moulting season.
