If you received a holiday gift, you have until January 7th to exchange, credit or refund online purchases. No extensions.
We are happy to exchange, give credit or refund your ONLINE purchases. If you purchased your item IN-STORE we do ONLY exchange or credit, with no exception. ALL sale items are exchange or credit only.
We ask that all garments be in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt.
The CashmereShop.com happily accepts returns or exchanges
within 14 days of purchase.
