Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

We hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase, but if you aren't for whatever reason, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. GOOD NEWS, we allow extra time for HOLIDAY gifts, please note exchange or refund final date is January 15th.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All labels must be attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please note that we are not able to accept exchange or refund in-person at our store.
We are not responsible for the cost of duties or taxes on your item, they must be paid by you and can not be refunded if you decide to not keep your purchase or gift.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, don't worry. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you are concerned please feel free to contact us or your credit card company. Please contact us at info@thecashmereshop.com and in the subject line write, REFUND.

SALE ITEMS:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING COSTS:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

INSURANCE FOR YOUR RETURN:
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
