A Season of Light (and Extra Sweaters)

Some years, Christmas and Hanukkah overlap, and suddenly December feels extra busy—and extra bright. There are more candles, more cookies, more opinions about what time dinner should be, and definitely more layers involved.
It’s the season of short days and long lists, but also the season of small comforts. The mug you always use. The blanket everyone fights over. The sweater that somehow ends up on the same person every family gathering (you know the one).

At The Cashmere Shop, this time of year, we see so many familiar faces and are lucky enough to have generations of the same families shopping with us each year! We are grateful as always.

Whether you’re lighting a menorah, decorating a tree, or doing both while wondering how it’s already the middle of December, the feeling is the same: togetherness, warmth, and a lot of layering.

Cashmere, for us, has always lived in those in-between moments. The throw you grab during late-night conversations. The scarf that comes along “just in case” and never leaves your side. Not flashy. Just very, very appreciated.

As the year winds down, we’re grateful—for our community, the familiar faces, and the chance to do what we love. Wishing you light, warmth, and a season that’s a little softer than expected. Happy Hanukkah and Merry Christmas. 🕎🎄🤍
